Arrive Jax helps couples arrange private chauffeured vehicles for the wedding day, from first hotel pickups through ceremony arrivals, photography stops, reception transfers and the final return. Our fleet includes executive black SUVs and a 12-passenger Mercedes Sprinter limousine party bus.

Reservations, timing and what to expect
Include the wedding date, ceremony and reception addresses, approximate headcount, number of runs, luggage or attire needs and your preferred pickup windows. We can review whether one vehicle can realistically make repeated trips or whether separate arrangements are needed. An itinerary with venue loading constraints may require coordination with the property.
For hourly charters, plan around a three-hour SUV minimum and a four-hour Sprinter minimum. Availability, event traffic and the requested hours affect the quote. The fleet is not a traditional stretch limousine; the group option is a limousine-style Sprinter.
