Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Arrive Jax Executive Transportation, we understand that travel plans can change. The following policy applies to private car, limousine, chauffeur, and airport transportation reservations.

Cancellations at least 48 hours before pickup

If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time, you are eligible for a refund of the amount paid, less a 10% cancellation and processing deduction (10% of the amount paid).

Cancellations less than 48 hours before pickup

Reservations canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

No-shows

Failure to appear for a confirmed pickup without an eligible cancellation is a no-show and is non-refundable.

How to request cancellation

Contact Arrive Jax as soon as possible with your booking reference and scheduled pickup time. The cancellation time is determined by when we receive your request. We will confirm your cancellation and any refund eligibility.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when supported. Posting times depend on the payment provider and bank. The stated policy is subject to applicable law and does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.
