Where to meet your chauffeur
JAX directs authorized pre-arranged transportation to its Ground Transportation Area on the lower terminal level near baggage claim. Your specific meeting point should be confirmed in your booking communication; do not assume the public curb or hourly garage is an approved pickup spot. If you want an inside-terminal greeting or extra luggage assistance, ask about availability before travel.

Is the airport pickup location at baggage claim?
JAX’s Ground Transportation Area is on the lower level near baggage claim. Your chauffeur will confirm the appropriate authorized pickup meeting point for your reservation.
