Transportation Booking Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to reservations made with Arrive Jax Executive Transportation. Please review the booking summary, pickup date, pickup location, passenger and luggage information, total price, and cancellation rules before placing an order.

Reservations and pickup

Provide accurate contact information, pickup and destination addresses, flight details when applicable, passenger counts, and luggage requirements. Reservation details and any special arrangements should be confirmed before the scheduled service.

Payment and pricing

Review the final checkout amount, including any displayed fees and optional extras, before paying. Your booking confirmation and receipt record the amounts and services purchased. Changes to a booked trip may require a revised quote.

Cancellations, refunds, and no-shows

By booking, you acknowledge the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancellations at least 48 hours before scheduled pickup are eligible for a refund less 10% of the amount paid. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
